1. MANAGEMENT OF RENTED VEHICLE

Rented vehicle can drive or operate:
• persons aged over 23 years who have a valid driving license for at least two years;
• persons responsible for driving or using a vehicle with the lease agreement, which form part of these terms and conditions.

2. RESERVATION OF THE VEHICLE

Upon confirmation of the reservation it is required to prepay 30% deposit, which has to be paid to the company account. Reservation will enter into force on the date of prepayment. Remain payment has to be paid to the company account, no later than 3 days prior to taking the vehicle.

3. SECURITIES

Upon acceptance of the vehicle, the Lessee is requested for a security deposit in amount, which depends on the model and brand of rented vehicle to cover the following costs:
• 2% deduction for insurance loss bonus compensation in case of an accident,
• Minor external and internal damage to the vehicle,
• Missing equipment,
• Damages which are not included in the comprehensive insurance.

4. ACCEPTANCE AND RETURN OF THE VEHICLE

Upon acceptance of the vehicle, Lessee will receive technical flawless vehicle, all statutory mandatory equipment and related replacement tire.
Upon acceptance and return of the vehicle fuel tank must be full. In opposite case, Lessor will charge Lessee missing level of petrol at the price of petrol company Petrol on the date of return of the vehicle. Upon acceptance of the vehicle, Lessee receives all mandatory vehicle documentation, while insurance policy of the vehicle is available at the company’s headquarters. The Lessee shall return the vehicle in the same condition as received.

5. CLEANING OF THE VEHICLE

The Lessee accepts fully cleaned vehicle and upon return vehicle shall be in the same condition. Otherwise the Lessee will be liable for the costs of cleaning the vehicle in the amount of 30 EUR.

6. DURATION OF THE RENT AND LIMITATIONS

The duration of the rent agreed between the Lessor and the Lessee shall be clearly determine in the rent agreement. In the event that the Lessee exceeds the agreed rent time for more than 60 minutes, Lessee will be charged for an extra rent day. If the Lessee wants to extend the agreed rental period, it must notify the Lessor at least 24 hours prior the expiry of the rent.
Max mileage per day is up to 300km. If the millage limit is exceed, the Lessor shall be charged for an extra rent day for every additional up to 300km.

7. PAYMENT

Lessee shall pay the rent amount in accordance with the valid price list. The price includes:
• Green Card,
• Compulsory insurance,
• Comprehensive KASKO insurance with a 2% deduction,
• SLO vignette,
• Car assistance insurance.

8. REPAIRS

In the event of a vehicle malfunction during a rent period, the Lessee must notify the Lessor immediately. Vehicle maintenance can be done only at authorized maintenance station companies. In the event of mutually agreed repairs, the Lessee must receive and handle original invoice for repair to the Lessor.

9. TRAVELLING ABROAD

When traveling abroad, the Lessee must obtain the written consent of the Lessor. The Lessee is obliged, in the case of travel and stay abroad, to park vehicle in the hotel or secure garage. At no circumstances vehicle keys, document and licenses shall not be left inside parked vehicle.

10. TRAFIC RULE VIOLATIONS, TRAFIC ACCIDENT

By signing rent agreement Lessee undertakes to follow all traffic rules and act in accordance with applicable laws. In the case of traffic rules violation during the rental period all costs shall be borne by the Lessee. In the event of a traffic accident the Lessee is obliged to notify the Lessor immediately. In the event that the Lessee does not comply with the regulations or cause a traffic accident while driving under the influence of alcohol or other illicit substances, Lessee is obliged to take full responsibility and bear all incurred costs.

11. THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE LESSEE

Every time when leaving the vehicle, driver must lock the vehicle. Keys and documents has to be securely stored at all times. Lessee is liable for unlimited damages to the vehicle, which are not subject of road accidents, injuries and penalties arising from failure to comply with regulations, laws and rules. The Lessee is liable materially and criminally also after the end of rental period if those liabilities arise from period when Lessee was using the vehicle. All modifications of the vehicle are strictly prohibited without prior agreement with the Lessor and therefore the cost of such modifications will not be recognized. In the event of vehicle malfunction, Lessee shall immediately notify the Lessor to jointly decide on further activities (assistance, repair, service, payment). Animals are not authorized within vehicle; also it is strictly prohibited to smoke in vehicle.
